What is the shipping policy of Hydroblu.com?
HydroBlu has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns, and the receipt or proof of purchase must be included. Upon receiving the returned item, HydroBlu will inspect it and notify the customer of the status of their refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the customer's credit card. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. HydroBlu is not responsible for lost inbound shipments, so it is recommended to insure packages and obtain tracking information. If a prepaid shipping label is received and it is a discretionary return, the customer will be responsible for paying that shipping cost. HydroBlu products come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects, but not wear and tear or user damage. In the case of a warranty claim, HydroBlu will either repair or replace the defective product. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75.
